I'm a former North Jersey guy who moved to Philly in 2002. After a recent extended vacation in San Francisco, I realized once more that Philly is my greatest love affair. I can't say I'll never leave again, but I will always come back.

I've been riding for serious about 3-4 years now. It got even more serious when I naivelly test rode a bike, only to realize a block later it had no brakes, and I didn't know how to stop it. It was fixed, and at that moment so was I.

My most acclaimed cycling accomplishment, aside from every Pedal Co-Op run, is my ride to Baltimore back in October (2009) from Philly. Fixed. 110 miles with Scott (fixed as well) and Virginia. From that trip, I learned that my favorite part of a “limit” is flipping it the bird as I pass it by.

Professionally, I've held amazing positions such as Computer and Adult Education Instructor, teaching formerly homeless and incarcerated men and women how to use computers, and improve their education.  I've also managed an IT department for a human services organization in Philly, while I received my MCSE Certification and worked on all types of IT equipment.  Since then I've moved into more web technologies and currently freelance web design for local artists.
